NETx BMS Platform and integrations with KNX, DALI and BACnet

More detail on what I do — the platform itself, and the specific protocols and standards I integrate it with.

Core Server and Core Studio

Core Server is the platform’s central component — it communicates with devices, processes and stores data point values, and provides building management functions. Core Studio is the interface for configuring and managing those data points.

Logic Engine

A LUA script-based engine with a graphical editor for programming function blocks — lets you customize and automate system behavior without writing everything from scratch.

Visualizations and mobility

Web and PC panels, IP camera integration, no limit on the number of graphic elements or visualization pages. Mobile access via the free NETx Vision app (iOS/Android).

Alarms and reporting

An advanced alarm module with event logging compliant with VDI/VDE 3699, plus a reporting module generating exports (PDF, Excel) manually or on a schedule.

NETx BMS Platform + KNX

The Multiprotocol Gateway connects an existing KNX installation to the central building management system — KNX data and control end up in one place, alongside other systems connected to the platform. A natural fit with my earlier experience in programming and commissioning KNX installations (knxexpert.pl).

LaMPS module

Manufacturer-independent DALI lighting management:

  • Testing and monitoring DALI gateways and devices
  • Managing emergency lighting tests
  • Tracking operating hours, current and voltage
  • Configurable alarm thresholds

BACnet/IP Server

NETx Multi Protocol Server supports BACnet/IP as one of the open data-exchange standards — alongside OPC DA/UA, oBIX and MQTT. This lets the platform tie together systems from different manufacturers running on different standards, without building a custom integration for each one from scratch.
